The Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides a rapid and deep insight into a person's behavioural preferences and communication style. This market-leading assessment enables the candidate to “own” their job search by pinpointing what they need from a company, team, and management style to succeed and thrive.

This is a specialist questionnaire completed online. As a Certified International Practitioner, I then attain the results of the assessment and conduct an in-depth, constructive, feedback discussion.

Based on William Moulton Marston disc theory the Thomas PPA provides information on assessment takers' fears, motivators, values and behavioural style using four main profile factors: dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance and the combinations between them. The four profile factors are plotted onto three graphs with their position determined by the responses an individual gives to particular questions. The aim is to show how an assessment taker behaves in different circumstances. We all display behaviour relating to different behaviours at different times but have preferences to behave in certain ways and tend to prefer different approaches. Each person is not just one factor but a combination of all four factors to varying degrees.
